Abstract:The global trend of economic development enterprises must be united on the upstream and downstream enterprises to establish strategic cooperative partnership, procurement supply marketing and other aspects of supply chain management, improve, enterprise agility in order to respond quickly to market demand. We know that purchasing management is the most important aspects of the retail business management is also a source of business and throughout the operation of the whole process, is the core part of the chain operations. Good or bad is not only related to the procurement management ways to reduce operating costs of the retail chain enterprise but also directly related to the profitability of the retail business, and ultimately relate -d to the company's core competitiveness.
