摘 要:中国是闻名于世的陶瓷古国,现有宏大的生产规模和近千万的陶瓷从业人员,配套完整的生产链,有着数据惊人的产量。中国近几十年的发展可谓跌宕起伏,既有飞速发展的高峰,又有几度举步维艰的低谷。陶瓷产品上釉生产线专用于某陶瓷产品生产中,旋转平台是该生产线的关键系统。本文主要研究内容如下:

   第一,陶瓷产品上釉生产线的研究以及旋转平台的功能与注意点的分析。

   第二,利用UG三维软件对旋转平台进行结构设计和建模优化的方法,设计完成相关二维工程图纸。

   第三,研究设计了实现陶瓷产品的全方位旋转功能,以利于产品内外表面能够被均匀喷洒釉料,顺利完成产品上釉工序的旋转平台。

   第四,研究了目前机械行业先进设计制造技术的应用和发展趋势。

   中国陶瓷行业面临产品自主创新的研发能力差,设备更替周期长的困境。因此,在本次设计中,对国内外的设备进行了分析,提取了其合理的部分,对其不完善的部分进行了一些改进,使得此设备的性能得到了进一步的提高,具有了更高的市场竞争能力。

ABSTRACT:China is the world-famous ancient pottery, existing grand scale of production and nearly 10 million employees in ceramic vocation, supporting the complete production chain and also amazing data. China's development can be described as ups and downs in recent decades, with both rapid development of peaks and hard difficulty of valleys. Glazed ceramic production line dedicated a particular production of ceramic products, and rotating platform is the key to the production line system. This design mainly includes the following four parts:

   1. Analysis about study of glazed ceramic production line and function of rotating platform, and also something have to be paid attention to.

   2. Using UG 3D software on the rotating platform about structural design and model optimization, designing some related 2D engineering drawings.

   3. Studying and designing a rotating platform which can realize the omnibearing rotate function in order to facilitate uniform surface of the product sprayed glaze, and successfully complete the glazing process.

   4. Studying the application and development trends of advanced design and manufacturing technology in current mechanical industry.

   Apparently, ceramics industry in China now faces some adverse conditions on independent innovation and long cycle length of equipment replacement. Therefore, in this design, equipment at home and abroad were analyzed, the reasonable part of analysis has been extracted and some incomplete ones have been further improved to achieve more impeccable performance and higher competitive ability.
