摘要:在现代汽车制造企业中,被认为是“第三生命源泉”,因为库存太大会占用企业的资金和其他资源,库存太少又不能应对快速反应生产的需要,所以保持一个合理的库存水平,并采取有效的库存管理方式,对于汽车企业降低运作成本和提高运作效率来说是十分重要的。本文首先对国内外库存管理的现状进行了介绍,然后从库存管理定义及库存控制的基本方法出发,对重庆长安汽车公司的库存现状进行了分析,并指出了其中存在的不足,即零部件和在制品库存不合理、供应链上下游企业间缺乏合作、信息管理系统效率低下,最后本文从以下几个方面对重庆长安的库存管理提出了解决方案:实施VMI来管理零部件库存,加强生产控制来减少在制品库存,与供应商建立合作伙伴关系加强合作,优化企业ERP系统来改变信息传递效率低下的现状。

ABSTRACT: In the modern automobile manufacturing enterprises, is the source of life ", because the inventory too much takes of funds and other resources of enterprises, too little inventory can not cope with the rapid response to the needs of production, so to maintain a reasonable inventory levels and effective inventory management, reduce operating costs and improve operational efficiency is very important for the auto companies. The status of inventory management at home and abroad were introduced, and then defined from the inventory management and inventory control method, Chongqing Changan Automobile Company inventory status, and pointed out the shortcomings therein, namely parts and unreasonable in-process inventory, supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises lack of co-operation, information transfer is inefficient, the last article from the following aspects the Chongqing Changan inventory management proposed solution: implementation the VMI to manage spare parts inventory, to strengthen production control to reducing in-process inventory, and suppliers to establish partnerships to strengthen cooperation, increase investment in management information system to change the status of low efficiency of information transfer.
