Abstract：In the environment of market competition，the team has the characteristics of greater flexibility and greater validity and become a viable way to improve organizational efficiency. Grass-roots organizations is the footstone of every enterprise and is keystone for enterprise. Modern enterprise should rapidly adapt to market demands , paying more attention to grass-roots team performance management, improving the team's performance, strengthening cohesion and competitiveness of enterprise.From the current situation of enterprise grass-roots team performance and hongren company grass-roots team performance,the probems of enterprise grass-roots team performance management is found .these problems are that grass-roots team integration performance does not high; training help improve work performance effect bad; lack good of team led; staff for team of awareness insufficient, enthusiasm does not high; lack for team of performance evaluation system .In response to these problems,somebody can take a series of measures to solve problems.The measures are that team members of optimization configuration, and Diversity training to improve work performance, improving the quality of team leaders, shaping the best team culture, improving team performance measurement for the team as a whole, establishing communication mechanisms. Thereby we can improve the grass-roots level of team performance and overall performance and make continuous developed in complex market environment .
