摘要:团队是整体的概念,又有别于一般的群体。团队是为一个共同的目标和为实现这个目标而走到一起的队伍。团队的核心是共同奉献,没有这一点,团队只能是松散的个人的集合,也就只能归结为所谓的群体概念。

  一支训练有素的员工队伍,对企业是至关重要的,每一个企业都应把培育人,不断提高员工的整体素质,作为经常性的任务。尤其是在急剧变化的时代,每个人每个组织都必须不断学习,以适应环境的变化,并重新塑造自己,提高员工素质,加强队伍建设,也就是提高企业的生命力、竞争力。加强队伍建设要坚持以人为本的管理理念,在生产经营实践中,人们越来越认识到,决定一个企业发展能力的是人们拥有的知识、智慧、才能和技巧,人是社会经济活动的主体,是一切资源中最重要的资源,归根到底一切经济行为都是由人来进行的,人没有活力,企业就没有活力和竞争力。因而,必须树立以人为本的经营理念,通过全体成员的共同努力,去创造企业的辉煌业绩。

  本文以四川锦城建筑机械有限责任公司(以下称为A公司)作为实例,从此公司团队建设与管理现状出发,通过走访、实地调查的方法,针对公司的团队建设与管理现状进行调查,并就相关问题进行分析。以客观,实际为原则,从问题着手,深入全面地了解公司现有的企业文化与团队管理系统及其各主要环节运行情况,从中分析和研究企业中团队建设与管理的问题,并积极探寻解决问题的对策,最终提出解决四川锦城建筑机械有限责任公司在团队建设与管理中出现问题的具体措施。

ABSTRACT:Team is a whole concept, it is different from the general group. Team is a group which has a common goal and to work together to achieve this goal . The core of the team is  dedication, without this, the team can only be a loose collection of individuals, and can only  treat as a  group concept.

    A well-trained  team, is of vital importance to the enterprise, every enterprise should treat  fostering people, improving the whole quality of employees as a recurring task. Especially in the era of dramatic change, everyone must keep on learning, each organization  adapts to the changes in the environment, and reinvent themselves, improve staff quality, strengthen the team construction, improve vitality and competitiveness of enterprises. Strengthening team construction should adhere to the people-oriented management concept, in the practice of the production and operation, more and more people realise that to decide  a enterprise development ability is to have the knowledge, wisdom, talent and skill, people is the main part of the social economic activities,and the most important resource of all resources, in the final analysis all economic activities are conducted by people.Those people without energy, there would be no vigor and competitiveness. Therefore, entreprise must establish the people-oriented management concept, through the joint efforts of all members, to create brilliant achievements.
