摘要:随着高校扩招,大学生数量急剧增加,由此带来了巨大的就业压力。而女大学生更是在就业过程中遭遇了一系列困难。造成女大学生就业难的原因主要有两方面:一是外在诱因——传统“男主外,女主内”观念的影响、法律法规的不完善、高校培养方式不符合社会要求等;二是女大学生的自身因素即生理条件的限制和心理因素的制约。为有效缓解女大学生就业难的现状,政府相关部门、社会各界、高校都应采取积极的行动,致力于缓解女大学生就业难的现状。同时女大学生自身也应主动调整心态,积极适应社会。

Abstract:With the college enrollment, the quantity of college students has risen dramatically, which brought a huge employment pressure. The female students in the employment process encounter a series of difficulties. There are two main reasons cause the problem: First, external incentives - the traditional "men outside, women inside" concepts, laws and regulations are inconsistent, the community college training don’t meet the requirements. Second, female college students’ own physical constraints and psychological factors cause the problem. To effectively alleviate the difficult situation, the relevant government departments, community colleges and universities should take positive action, to solve the problem. At the same time, female students should take the initiative to adjust their attitude, and actively adapt to society.

社会环境、高校、女大学生自身都应为女大学生就业难问题的产生负一定责任。传统观念的偏见影响了女大学生的就业表明我国还需加紧先进性别文化建设,加强男女平等观念的宣传,为女大学生创造公平和谐的就业氛围。相关法律法规的完善不但可以深化我国依法治国和以德治国相结合的基本方略,而且更能切实保障女大学生的就业不受歧视,保障女大学生的权利不受侵犯。高校是女大学生的培养基地,是女大学生成长的摇篮,而因材施教以保障女大学生顺利就业是高校义不容辞的责任。女大学生自身在面对就业形势难这一现状时,尽管会辛苦,但是更应明确一分耕耘一分收获。只有自己不断努力,主动去适应社会,才能为自己创造美好明天。
