摘要:随着我国大学教育从精英教育向大众教育的过渡,大学生就业环境日趋激烈。就业中的性别歧视是一个不可忽视的社会问题。探讨和分析女大学生就业中的性别歧视不仅仅是回答女大学生何以就业难的问题,而且对营造两性平等竞争、就业机会平等的劳动力市场环境具有十分重要的意义。就业市场不完善,就业法律法规不健全,生育保险制度不健全,就业指’导工作薄弱等,是女大学生就业歧视的主要原因。政府完善就业市场。健全法律法规,健全生育保险制度;高校根据市场需求调整专业与课程设置,深化教育教学改革,加强就业指导工作;女大学生转变求职观念,挖掘自身优势,积极参与市场竞争,树立创业意识,实现自我就业等,是消除对女大学生的就业歧视,提高女大学生的就业率的重要措施。
