摘要:归因训练在近年来一直是西方心理学界十分重视的研究课题 ,它为人类行为的控制提供了一条新的途径 ,并广泛地应用到心理现象研究的各个领域。韦纳的归因训练模式主要将期望的和不期望的成败结果归因于动机和情绪 ,其应用主要集中在成就范围内 ;综合西方有关的研究并结合我国的具体情况 , 将归因训练应用于初中生物教学实践中。本研究运用问卷、访谈及实验法对归因训练在初中生生物学习上的运用进行了研究。研究表明通过归因训练,能使学生形成积极的归因方式,可提高学生的学习动机,改善学习成绩。

Abstract: Recently attribution training in Western psychology has been a very important research topic, which provides a new way to the control of human behavior, and widely applied to various fields of psychological phenomena. Weiner’s attribution training mode what mainly the desired results due to expectations of success or failure of motivation and emotion, which most concentrated in the achievement of its application range; Integrated Study of the West, and the specific situation in our country will be attributed to the training used in junior high school biology teaching practice. This research uses the questionnaire; interview and experimental method of attribution training in junior school students the application of biological studies were studied. Research shows that by attribution training, enable students to form positive attribution, can increase student motivation, improve academic performance.
