摘要:以教育人种志的研究方式,深入我国东部沿海地区的一所普通社区配套小学,通过教育实践的真实情况,抽象出不限定某一班主任而是以其为代表,研究班主任这一群体作为平均人的日常生活,以期对班主任工作总结指向,提高工作效率,避免陷入琐碎工作。研究发现在小学班主任的日常工作中,在班级的管理和教学上存在一定的角色冲突,班主任在使用更多的精力在班级管理还是教学上存在迷思。另外,班主任对于自身工作的压力和苦恼在文中也有明显体现,以期社会各界对于小学班主任工作的理解和支持,以及在加强和改进班主任培养工作中制定出能够体现出针对性和有效性的相关政策与措施

Abstract:To use education ethnographic research methods, in-depth China's eastern coastal areas of a general community support primary schools, the reality of practice through education, to abstract but not limited to its representative of a class teacher, class teacher of this study Groups as the average person's daily life, to sum up the work on the class point, improve efficiency, avoid a trivial work. According to some research, it is found that in class teachers’ daily work, there exists role conflicts in class management and teaching. Class teachers are confused at whether to focus on class management or on teaching. Furthermore , their work pressure and confusion are obviously reflected in the article so as to arouse understanding and support from the society. Besides , the article is written in hopes that relevant and effective policies and measures will be made through strengthening and improving the development of class teachers.

结合笔者在小学的实习经历,可以发现小学班主任在小学班主任的日常工作中,在班级的管理和教学上存在一定的角色冲突,班主任在使用更多的精力在班级管理还是教学上存在迷思。这种角色冲突也影响了班主任的工作效率,使他们更容易感受到各方面的压力并在工作中感到苦恼。因此在研究中,除了关注班主任教师的角色冲突,还留意了班主任工作中的苦恼和压力,借此揭示班主任教师的工作状态,对班主任群体有客观感性的认识,并在今后自己的工作中作为借鉴的依据,以提高班主任工作的效率,也为在加强和改进班主任培养工作中制定出能够体现出针对性和有效性的相关政策与措施。
