[摘要]教师实践性知识主导着教师的思想和行为,体现在教师的教育教学实际行动中,是日常教育教学工作中实际使用的理论,是教师知识的重要组成,是教师专业发展的知识基础。已有研究证明教学共同体的发展对于学校教学质量的提高、教师专业发展、教育改革的顺利推行,以及在增强教师实践性知识上具有重要的意义。本文首先对教师实践性知识已有的研究成果进行了介绍,然后对实践性知识习得效果进行一系列的分析。通过对4位职前教师在南京双塘小学实习期间的评课、教学反思和共同体成员的网络在线交流,以及后期的问卷、访谈、研习报告的分析。认为基于“教学共同体”的职前教师实践性知识的获得是有其一定的价值的。

[Abstract] Teachers' practical knowledge has dominated teachers' thinking and behavior, reflected in the actual operation of teacher education and teaching, is actually used in day-to-day education and teaching theory, is an important component of teachers' knowledge, which is based on teachers' professional development. It has been demonstrated that the development of teaching community plays an important role in the improvement of the quality of the teaching, the development of teachers’ profession, and making the education reform effectively. First of all, this paper has introduced the findings of the research in teachers’ practical knowledge .Then take a series of analyses of the effect of the effect of practical knowledge. Through four pre-teachers’ class-evaluation ,teaching reflection and online exchange among community members in Shuangtang Primary school in Nanjing ,and the latter part of the questionnaires ,interviews ,and study  reports,  we think that it has a great significance in acquiring  the pre-teachers’ practical knowledge which based on the Teaching Community.
