摘要：本文通过对XX范学院教育科学学院2010—2014级的全体学生进行抽样无记名的问卷调查，从学生的视角去理解现阶段地方院校学生管理现状，挖掘被高校忽视的某些学生管理领域，满足学生适应社会发展的迫切需求，从而更好的为学生发展、社会进步服务。此次调查旨在通过有效问卷的收集和整理，在分析真实的研究数据前提下，运用科学的理论研究方法，总结出富有价值的调查结果，最终针对高校学生管理的部分领域提出合理的调整改进意见。

Abstract：This paper is aimed at understanding the status of the local college student management at present stage from the student’s point of view, and comprehending some neglected areas universities, and meeting the pressing needs of the students adapt to social development, thus servicing student development and social progress, used by a sampling investigation of grade one to grade four students in the Education Sciences Faculty of Huaiyin Normal University by secret ballot. The purpose of this investigation is to put forward reasonable adjustment in some areas of the university student management by some valuable research results. All the results are gained through collecting paper surveys and analyzing them individually by the scientific approach.
