摘要:在教育教学过程中，教师期望效应常常被教师忽视。本文对教师期望的相关概念进行了全面的阐述，并对教师期望效应的实现过程及其对小学生产生的影响进行了分析，总结了在小学教育中有效应用教师期望的具体方法和途径，希望为教师同行在今后的教育教学实践中合理应用教师期望提供帮助。

ABSTRACT:In the teaching process, teachers Teacher expectation effects are often overlooked. 　　　在教育教学中，教师心目中的所谓好学生差学生的定位无形中就影响着学生的成长及变化。作为小学教师，我们应该知道并且坚信，每个孩子都是上天派到人间的天使，他们给父母和教师带来无限的快乐和希望。教师的责任感和使命感告诉我们，用自己的实际行动给他们带来爱和关怀，让自己的行动无愧于教师这个神圣的职业，让自己的内心无愧于那些天真烂漫的笑脸和纯净美好的心灵。每位教师都应给予学生合理的期望，给予爱和关怀，充分发挥教师期望效应的作用，给学生多鼓励，多肯定，促使他们在学习中得可喜成绩。
