Abstract:With the rapid development of science and economy, we have entered a new era of information. What’s more, online-shopping has come into fashion as a new way to shop. Nowadays, as there is not a complete system in China to effectively supervise online-shopping, it often invades the legitimate rights of online-shopping consumers. Whether the online-shopping consumers will be given legal aid or not when their legitimate rights are invaded during the online-dealing has become a hot issue in the society.
The article has been divided into four parts to carry on the comprehensive analysis to the protection of recourse of online-shopping consumers. Fist of all, the article shows the importance of the protection of recourse of online-shopping consumers. Second, the article expounds the existing problems of the protection of recourse of online-shopping consumers in China in four aspects. Thirdly, the article analyzes the current situation of the legislation of the protection of recourse of online-shopping consumers in foreign countries. Last but not the least, the article summarizes all the factors above and gives some specific suggestions to improve the protection of recourse of online-shopping consumers in China.
