摘 要:随着经济的发展和社会的进步,事业单位中运行的传统的人事管理制度中存在的诸多问题日益凸显,已无法适应新形势下的发展需求。由于相关法律体系和监督机制不健全、面试内容设置缺乏针对性、以及对违法行为的问责惩治制度的缺失等原因,我国事业单位招聘在招录条件和笔试内容的设置、面试环节的科学性和考官素质方面存在诸多问题。为此,需要规范笔试的内容、加强面试环节的科学性、实现招录过程的法制化,建立健全考试录用的内外部监督体系。

Abstract:With the economic development and social progress, many problems of the traditional personnel system in public-serving institutions have been appeared and failed to meet the requirements under the new situation. Due to the unsound legal system and supervision mechanism, lack of professional pertinence during interview, as well as the absence of accountability and punishment system, the recruitment process of public-serving institutions in our country exist a series of problems in terms of irrational recruitment requirements and written examinations, the unscientific interview, and interviewers' quality. Therefore, standard written examinations, scientific interview, legal recruitment process and a sound supervision system in both external and internal are needed.
