摘要:在加入世界贸易组织之后,我国陶瓷业发展迅猛,可是正当我国陶瓷产品以较大的出口涨幅占据国际市场时,却多次因售价低而被认定为倾销。本文针对中国陶瓷产品低价外销的产生原因和导致的不利影响进行分析,认为企业竞争激烈、生产成本低和产权意识不足是低价竞销的主要原因,并且会影响陶瓷产业的可持续发展和导致反倾销。企业应该积极应对反倾销,并且从提高产业核心竞争力——创新力和品牌建树两大方面为主来预防反倾销和为产品提价。

Abstract:After joining WTO, China's ceramic industry is developing rapidly, but when our ceramic products due to larger exports rose to occupy the international market, but several times due to low price and was identified as dumping. In this paper, the causes of low-priced Chinese exports of ceramic products and the adverse effects resulting from the analysis that the fierce business competition, low production costs and lack of awareness is the main reason for low prices of property rights, and will affect the sustainable development of ceramic industry and lead to anti-dumping. Companies should actively respond to anti-dumping and improve core competitiveness of indust- -ries from innovation and brand-oriented achievements in two areas to prevent anti-dumping and product price increases.
