摘要：近年来美国对中国产品征收反补贴税以及反补贴税等政策都可以发现中美贸易摩擦正在日益加剧。而导致中美贸易摩擦产生并且不断加剧的一个重要原因就是中国长期处于对美贸易顺差以至于中美贸易严重不平衡。本文首先介绍中美贸易摩擦的现状和特点，进而通过分析发现在中美贸易的过程中存在诸多导致中美贸易摩擦的原因，期望能从国民经济结构调和对我国进出口产业结构调整、优化等经济手段这些方面找到相对应的办法来缓解和解决中美贸易摩擦这一问题，从而使中美贸易可以达到互利共赢的局面。

Abstract：In recent years the United States on the Chinese products collecting countervailing duties against subsidies and tax policy can find trade friction is increasing sharply. And lead to trade friction produced and growing a important reason is that in the long run, China's trade surplus with the us that Sino-US trade imbalances. This paper first introduces the Sino-US trade friction of the present situation and features, and through the analysis found that in the process of Sino-US trade has many lead to trade friction, the reasons of the national economic structure can expect from mixed on China's import and export industry structure adjustment and optimization of the economic means to find the corresponding measures to ease and solve trade friction this problem, so that the Sino-US trade can achieve mutually beneficial and win-win situation.
