摘要：FDI在我国的经济增长中发挥的促进作用已经基本得到了经济学家的认同 ，而外资进入对中国企业技术创新的影响还存在不小的争议，本文旨在通过对外资进入中国企业的现状描述，从宏观上分析中国企业技术创新中引入外资的必要性，此外，以华为软件技术有限公司为案例，从微观层面上进一步探讨外资进入对中国企业技术创新的影响，并且从各个角度对中国企业的技术创新提出了一些注意事项。

Abstract: FDI plays a positive role in our economic growth , which has been mainly acknowledged by the economists. However, the effect on technology innovation of Chinese enterprises due to foreign investment is still on dispute. This paper aims to analyze the essentiality of introducing foreign investment in the technology innovation of Chinese enterprises at the macroscopical level by describing the current situation about the foreign investment entering Chinese enterprises, take Huawei software technology Co., LTD for an example to further explore the effect of foreign investment on technology innovation of Chinese enterprises at the microscopical level and put forward some announcements to the technology innovation of Chinese enterprises from every angle.
