摘 要:视频显示终端（Visual Display Terminals）简称VDT，是一种被广泛运用于社会各行各业，在各种企业工作和业务处理中具有重要地位的显示装置，包括计算机、电视机、打印机等在内。VDT作业是伴随着计算机技术的应用发展而形成的一种作业形式。一直以来的各种研究都只是专注于理论的研究而没有与实际相结合。本课题将VDT作业对作业者的影响与具体企业管理相结合，尝试运用VDT作业管理研究的理论方法切实的解决企业存在的实际问题，为VDT作业管理在企业管理中的必要性作出了初步的探索。
本文先是阐述了VDT作业的产生和发展历史，然后讨论了本课题研究的意义所在，以VDT作业对作业者生理和心理的影响为基础，分析VDT作业对企业的生产效率和工作效率的影响。本文接着通过使用定量的方式对无锡奥玛智能工程有限公司的VDT作业的宜人性作出评价，借此探究该企业作业安排，设备配置和作业环境三个方面是否设计的合理以及是否适宜VDT作业者进行作业。最后对之前发现的无锡奥玛智能工程有限公司VDT作业设计不合理之处从作业时间管理、作业空间设计与布置、室内空气改善、对VDT作业者进行健康培训和企业自身形成管理制度和条例四个方面提出改善意见来对企业VDT作业管理作出规划改进。

ABSTRACT:Video display terminal，which is called VDT for short，is a display device that is widely used in sectors of society and plays an important role in a variety of corporate and business process，including computers，televisions，printers，etc.. It is also a form of job which is accompanied by the development and application of computer technology. Various studies have been only focused on the theoretical study and there are no practice in them all.The influence of VDT work on operators will be combined with specific business management in this topic.I try to use the theory methods of VDT work management research to solve actual problems of the enterprise practically.We have made a preliminary exploration for the management of VDT operations in the necessity of enterprise management.
This paper first describes the history of VDT work’s emergence and development，then discusses the significance of this research.The analysis of influence of VDT work to enterprise productivity and work efficiency in this paper is based on operators’ physiological and psychological effected by VDT work.We evaluate the agreeableness of Wuxi Auma Intelligent Engineering Co.，Ltd’s VDT work through the use of quantitative methods. And we have explored the design of three aspects including of the schedule of enterprise work，device’s configuration and operating environment to find whether it is reasonable，whether it is appropriate for the job VDT operators.Finally，we have given some suggestions for improvement based on the discovery of unreasonable design finded before from four aspects including of the job’s time management，work space design and layout，the improving of the indoor air，leading the VDT operators conduct their own health training and management system and regulations formed by companies.
