摘要：随着我国经济的不断发展和市场需求的不断变化，经济型酒店己成为酒店业发展的热点领域，酒店业的竞争格局也随之发生改变。经济是否等同于便宜、简陋?经济型酒店是否是车马大店，是低星级酒店?中国应该如何发展经济型酒店等等，都成了迫切需要研究解决的问题。我们必须探讨它的理论实质和发展途径，发现其经营的客观规律，为理论创新和实践运营提供理论指导，这对我国经济型酒店的发展乃至整个旅游业的发展都有着重要意义。因此，本首先介绍了经济型酒店的相关概念，分析其现状和特点，找出存在的问题，分析其原因，并给出了正确的发展策略。

Abstract: With the constant development of our economy and the constant changes in market demand, Econo Hotel has become the hotel industry development the hot spot in the field, the hotel industry competition pattern will change. Economy is equal to cheap, simple Econo Hotel? Whether Horses Hotel, Stars Hotel is low? How China should develop the Econo Hotel and so on, has become urgent need to study and solve the problem. We must discuss the theoretical essence and development way, find the objective law, is the theory innovation and the practice operation to provide theoretical guidance for China, the Econo Hotel development the development of tourism as a whole has important significance. Therefore, the first introduced the related concept of Econo Hotel, analyse its current situation and characteristic, find out the existing problems, analysis of its causes, and gives the correct development strategy.
