摘要:改革开放三十几年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济的深入发展与经济体制的深化改革,我国计划经济中单一的劳动关系逐步转变为不同类型的劳资关系,劳资冲突问题日益凸显,严重损害劳资双方的正当权益,制约非公有制经济的健康发展,影响社会的稳定和谐。因此,如何在改革开放和社会主义经济发展的同时,对我国的劳资关系加以正确的调节,为我国社会主义经济社会进一步发展提供保证,不仅成为理论研究上的重要课题,也是我国完善社会主义经济体制改革亟待解决的重大实际问题。
本论文以马克思主义经济理论为指导,根据劳资关系发展的过程、现状与特点,找出劳资冲突频发的原因,并提出适合我国国情的有利于促进我国经济社会和谐发展的劳资关系调节对策。

Abstract: The reform and opening up more than 30 years, along with our country socialist market economic system and gradually improve the sustainable and rapid development of national economy, the vast majority of our business relations of production in the emergence of new changes, especially the labor-capital relations problem, has severely damaged the legitimate rights and interests of both parties,restrict the healthy development of the non-public sectors of the economy,affecting social stability and harmony.Therefore, how to reform and open policy and the socialist economy development at the same time, the labor-capital relations of our country to be adjusted correctly, to our country socialist economy society further development to provide guarantee, not only becomes the theoretical research the important topic, also is the perfection of China's socialist economic system reform urgent practical problem. In this paper, theory of Marx economy theory on the relations of capital and labor, the development process, present situation, existing problems were analyzed, put forward to fit our country national condition to promote China's economic and social harmonious development of labor relations adjustment countermeasures.
