摘要：随着经济全球化进程的加快，产业集群已发展成为全球性的经济发展潮流和各国提升综合国力和竞争力而争相借鉴的经济载体。我国的产业集群诞生于改革开放后的八十年代初，现已成为带动我国区域经济发展的一个新的重要力量。
本文以经济学、管理学理论为指导，采用了规范分析和实证分析相结合的研究方法对扬中市产业集群的发展进行了深入地分析。
文章分析了目前扬中电气产业集群发展存在的问题，例如：企业规模优势较为明显，但集群优势相对薄弱、电器产品种类比较齐全，但行业利润相对偏低等。同时针对这些问题提出建议，如强化集群理念，发挥政府引导作用、创新发展思路，实现集群和谐共荣等。
以上建议的提出，试图将产业集群理论应用于扬中市实际，解决扬中市电气产业集群发展的实际问题，并为扬中市电气产业集群发展提供有利的理论支持。

Abstract: With the accelerated process of economic globalization, industry cluster has developed into a global trend of economic development and national economic carrier to enhance the comprehensive national strength and competitiveness eager to learn.
