地铁对城市经济发展的影响-以XX市为例.doc

摘要:地铁是一种便捷的公共交通方式，它不仅快速高效、安全舒适，同时还具有运行速度快、客运量大、环境污染小、效率高、准时等优点。城市的发展与城市交通建设息息相关，地铁正日益显现出重要作用。

　　　地铁对城市经济发展具有极大的促进作用。本文以苏州市为例，通过对相关数据、资料的整理，分析了地铁对苏州城市经济发展的影响。论证了地铁给苏州市带来的民众效益、企业效益、地区效益、环境效益和文化效益。从而具体说明了地铁带来的各方面巨大经济效益，进一步阐述了地铁对城市经济发展的意义和作用。

Abstract:Subway is a kind of public transportation that is fast, efficient, safe and comfortable with a lot of advantages. For example, it runs fast and has less pollution. What’s more, it can carry a lot of people and arrive on time. The development of a city is closely associated with the transportation construction and subway is playing an important role.

　　　　Subway can accelerate the speed of city economic development. This paper takes city Suzhou as an example and analyses the influence that subway has on the development of Suzhou by reading some related data. It also demonstrates the benefits that subway gives to the city. It explains that subway can bring the city a lot of benefits on economy specifically and it further states the important role that subway plays in the progress of city economic development.

研究问题

　　　本文建立在大量阅读和疏理有关轨道交通建设对城市经济发展的影响的文献资料的基础上，以苏州市为具体研究对象，将众多的研究结果进行了整合。在研究方法上，主要采用定性分析得方法。研究和分析了苏州市在地铁交通1号线开通后的经济发展现状以及变化， 根据定性分析的结果，分析地铁交通给城市经济发展带来的影响。

研究意义

　　　地铁交通建设正在我国如火如荼地进行中，许多城市都在进行轨道交通建设。地铁交通的建设对城市的经济发展有着不可替代的作用。本文通过分析相关资料、数据以及案例，具体阐述地铁建设对城市发展的作用，给城市带来的经济效益。同时，对地铁建设中存在的问题提出一些解决的建议，进一步促进地铁建设的发展。
