摘要：电视购物作为一种新的商业零售形式，与网络购物，电话购物一起被人们誉为“现代家庭购物新方式”，为消费者提供方便，快捷，高效的购物方式，带来全新的购物观念，对传统的零售业模式产生了严重的冲击。在美国，日本，韩国等电视购物发达的国家，电视购物惊人的发展速度已使之经与百货店，大型超市并驾齐驱。由于减少了传统购物的许多中间环节，从而经营成本偏低。使电视购物在促销降价时，具有很强的竞争力。电视购物丰富多彩的节目形式，方便，快捷的服务，让人们逐渐接受各种新的购物方式。本文着手于我国电视购物，剖析当前我国电视购物的，分析其中存在的问题，争取探索出符合中国国情的电视购物发展前景，从而让我国电视购物节目有更好的发展方向。

Abstract：TV shopping as a new form of commercial retail, and online shopping, telephone shopping together was hailed as a modernhome shopping new ways to provide consumers withconvenient, fast way to shop in colleges and universities, bringing a new shopping associateda serious impact on thetraditional retail model. In the United States, Japan, Korea and other developed countries, TV shopping, TV shoppingastonishing speed to make it with the department stores, large supermarkets to keep pace.Due to a decrease of traditionalshopping in many intermediate links, and thus low operating costs. TV shopping in the promotional price cuts, with a strong competitive edge. Variety of programs in the form of TV shopping, convenient, efficient service to allow people togradually accept the new way to shop.Embarked on China's TV shopping, analysis of the status quo of China'sTV shopping, digging there, and strive to explore the TV shopping prospects for development in line with China's national conditions, so that China's TV shopping programs to better the direction of development.

　　从违法违规的电视购物到畅通无阻的履行职责，巨大利益的诱惑总会使一些人丧失了立场。电视广告本身就是一个一本万利的行当，只要交钱后就可以在电视中任意对某产品进行包装并且夸大其词。他们不需要任何证明证书，只要交了钱就可以投放广告。群众的利益是受到最大的损害，这不仅仅是物质的损害，同时，在任意插播广告是，还使人们的精神受到折磨，甚至影响人民群众对政府的信任及对媒体的质疑，但目前已经得到了相应的改善。

　　电视购物是近30年来一种全新购物方式，不仅让人们感受到前所未有的消费模式，也引起了管理部门，经济界，广播电视界，互联网等社会各界的极大重视。我们可以深刻认识电视购的内核，传统购物，网络购物的区别，区分电视购物节目与电视广告的根本异同，对把握电视购物的发展特点和规律，提出切实可行的对策措施，具有重要的意义。
