中外资银行进入中国农村地区的比较分析.doc

摘要:2007年12月，汇丰湖北随州村镇银行成立，标志着我国农村金融服务体系中又加入了外资银行这一支新的力量。此后，又有多家中外资银行加入到我国农村金融市场的角逐中来。这也标志着一个多样化的新型农村金融服务体系正在逐步建立。

　　　本文利用比较分析法分析中、外资银行在农村金融市场的活动的历史、风险承受能力、经营模式等，并据此提出若干思考和比较，期望对促进我国农村金融市场的健康发展有所助益。

　　　本文的主要观点是金融体系和经济发展之间能够相互促进和相互影响。只有健全的金融体系才能促进经济的发展。这需要减少政府干预，放开市场，丰富产品，扩大农村金融服务对象，提供适合新农村发展的市场化农村金融服务。

Abstract:In March 2007,the first rural bank in China was established in Sichuan hubei .The trial operation of the rural bank marked a new player in the China’s rural financial service system. Since then, some home banks joined the competition in the rural financial market. It also marks that a diverse new type of rural financial service system is gradually establishing.

　　　This paper by using comparative analysis to analyze Chinese and foreign capital banks in rural financial market activity history, risk and control ability, operation pattern, etc. This paper puts some suggestions and comparison, expecting on promoting the healthy development of rural financial market .

　　　This paper’s main point is that financial system and economic development  promote each other and influence each other. Only sound financial system may promote economic development. This needs to reduce government intervention, open markets, rich products, expand rural financial service object, provide suitable for new rural development of rural financial services market.

　　　从目前中外资银行在我国农村市场的PK情况来说，外资银行已经占得先机，外资银行凭借自身雄厚的资本和先进规范的管理模式在我国农村地区已经实现了初步的盈利，这也对推动我国农村金融的发展起到了一定的作用。

　　　但中资银行并非完全处于下风，中资银行在客户资源、人民认知度较外资银行有着比较大的优势。但是中资银行要想在农村金融市场与外资银行展开抗衡，并且立于不败之地，当前必须进一步加快产权机制改革，努力提高管理和经营水平。

　　　当然，中外资银行也并非完全是竞争的关系，政府放开农村金融市场也为中外资银行的交流提供了更好的平台，促进了其进一步合作的机会，为我国完善金融体制，早日建成社会主义新农村起到了推动作用。
