美国对外贸易中的知识产权保护对中国的启示.doc

摘要：纵观全球，虽说美国近年来受到了经济危机的严重冲击，以及中国经济崛起的追赶，其经济发展速度有所下滑，但不可否认，美国仍旧是世界经济实力、科技实力最强大的国家。随着其经济、科技、文化的不断发展，人们的知识产权意识也在逐渐加强。几乎所有美国人都意识到了“知识产权强国”、“知识产权富民”这些话不仅仅是口号。美国十分重视知识产权保护，而在对外贸易中更甚。国家通过严格的立法来保护知识产权，它的作用就是发挥其核心竞争力，在竞争中体现出国家优势。而中国由于在发展中“知识产权保护”意识薄弱，导致在对外贸易中走了许多弯路、吃了些亏。在知识产权保护这点上，笔者认为我们应该清醒的意识到，美国是值得我们学习的，以其为榜样，制定出符合中国的实情的知识产权保护战略，增加国家整体竞争力，让我们在面对国际知识产权争端的时候不再惊慌。

　　　其次，对美国对外贸易中的知识产权保护体系进行分析，分析其优点及其对对外贸易的积极作用。

最后，借鉴美国的经验，提出完善我国知识产权保护体系的对策针对所发现的问题，结合目前所面临的发展趋势提出可行的建议。
