XX中学高考体育特长生训练的现状调查_体育专业.doc

摘要：体育特长生又叫高水平运动员招生，是指经过教育部批准的招生高校，根据本校高水平运动队项目的建设需要，推进素质教育，从参加全国普通高校统一招生考试的学生中特招有体育项目特长且又符合高等学校年度招生工作规定的学生。高中体育特长生是我国体育后备人才的重要组成部分，研究体育特长生训练的现状，有助于他们朝着多元化的方向协调发展，为我国体育事业可持续发展提供人才保障。本文采用文献资料法，走访调查法，问卷调查法等研究方法，对建水二中高考体育特长生训练的现状进行了调查分析，结果显示，影响建水二中体育特长生训练成绩的因素主要表现在：大部分高考体育特长生对待自己的学习与训练没有正确的认识；学生训练时缺乏专业的技术理论指导；体育场地器材设施有限，体育教师缺乏；体育特长生得不到科学的管理与教育；校领导、家长的思想不正确等因素，并根据存在的问题提出对策和建议，希望对建水二中体育特长生的训练有所帮助，使他们的成绩有所提高，以及提升学校的上线率。

ABSTRACT:The sports speciality life is also called the high level athlete enrolment，refers to after approved by the Ministry of education of college students，according to the university high level sports team construction of the project needs，promote quality education，from participate in the national college entrance exam students enrolled in sports specialty also conforms to the higher school year enrollment regulations of students.And high school sports speciality life is our country sports reserve talents is an important part of sports specialty students，training status， help them towards the direction of the plurality of coordinated development，for our country sports talented personnel to ensure sustainable development.This article uses the literature material law，the investigation law，questionnaire survey，mathematical statistics and other research methods，on the second examination in sports specialty students training situation was investigated，results，effects of Jianshui2sports talent training achievement factors mainly displays in：most college entrance examination of sports students to their own learning and training without the correct understanding of the students training；lack of professional technical guidance；sports equipment limited facilities，sports teachers lack；the sports speciality life without scientific management and education；school leaders，parents thought incorrect and other factors，and according to the existence question proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion，hoped to the Jianshui II the sports speciality life training help，make their results improved，and enhance the school's enrollment rate.

　　体育特长生,是对体育运动产生爱好,并具有一定的体育天赋的学生，他们有一定的素质水平及专项基本运动的能力[1]。学生在高中阶段的学习主要是以进入高等学府为目标，随着社会的进步，越来越多的学生盼望走进高等学府接受教育，但是对于成绩稍微差点的同学，想要实现他们的理想就要走上“特长”之路。体育特长生的专项从高考实际出发，可按以下顺序选择：田径（短跑、跳跃、跨栏、投掷、中跑），排球、篮球、体操、足球、武术等，学生可根据自身条件和个人特长选择专项,专项一旦确定，就要针对学生个人实际情况，逐渐加大学生的专项训练比重，以提高成绩。现代体育运动竞争的实质是体育人才的竞争，特别是体育后备人才成长速度及人才储备的较量，而中学是培养强大体育后备人才的启蒙训练基地[2]。本文针对建水二中高考体育特长生的训练现状进行调查，对调查中所存在的问题加以分析，并提出建议，为建水二中体育特长生在提高体育考试成绩方面提供参考依据。
