A市部分小学生体质健康现状调查与分析_体育专业.doc

摘要：通过文献检索与分析、抽样调查、测量、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法对南京市的部分小学生的体质健康现状进行了调查与分析。研究结果如下：（1）对学生体质健康测试的结果显示，虽然大部分学生的成绩都是及格或良好，但是优秀率却并不理想，只有22.1%。（2）在身体形态方面，虽然大部分学生的身体形态是处于正常范围内的，约占总人数的75%，但同时，处于超重及肥胖范围内的学生也已经超过了20%，约占总人数的22%，这个结果并不乐观。（3）在身体素质方面，由各项测试的结果可以看出：第一，学生的柔韧素质比较好，主要表现在优秀率较高，约为48.4%，同时不及格的人数所占比例很小，约为2.2%，这个结果是比较理想的，应该继续保持下去。第二，学生的耐力和力量素质较差，大部分学生的成绩都分布在及格和不及格的范围内，并且优秀率很低，耐力素质测试的优秀率约为14.1%，力量素质测试的优秀率约为13.0%，结果不容乐观。本次研究活动中，应该对这两项指标优先进行干预。第三，学生的速度素质水平偏低，但变化并不是很明显。针对上述的问题，作者从多方面出发提出了一些可行的建议。
