XX县中小学足球运动现状的研究_体育教育.doc

摘要:本文选定了宝应县部分中小学校为研究对象，采用文献资料、专家咨询、问卷调查、实地考察与访谈以及数理统计等研究方法，围绕着宝应县中小学校足球运动的开展现状主题，对宝应县的中小学足球教师队伍现状，学校领导对学校足球运动的支持情况，家长对学生参与足球运动的态度情况，中小学足球运动开展现状与竞赛情况，以及学生参与足球运动的动机情况等方面进行了相关的调查与分析研究，较系统的探讨了宝应县中小学校足球运动的开展现状和存在不足，并对这些不足提出了相应对策。

Abstract:in this paper some selected primary and secondary schools Baoying study,using literature, expert consultation, questionnaires, field visits and interviews,and mathematical statistics, research methods, primary and secondary schools around Baoying Current Situation football theme, Baoying status of primary and secondary school teachers soccer, football school leaders support the school, parents of students to participate in football attitude of the situation, school situation and contests Soccer, as well as motivation for students to participate in football and other aspects of the situation Investigation and analysis of relevant studies, more systematic study of the primary and secondary schools Baoying Current Situation of football and their weaknesses, and these deficiencies proposed countermeasures.

　在国外，许多国家都很注重本国的足球后备人才培养，有其雄厚的后备人才基础，每个国家都有适合于本国足球人才的培养途径与方式。尤其是世界足球强国都以战略的眼光采取多种方式开展学校足球运动，他们的足球界人士有一个共识，即扎实抓好学校足球工作是青少年足球普及的重要组成部分，是提高各国足球水平的基础。虽然各国对青少年或中、小学学校足球的培养与普及方式不大相同，但它们有着一个共同的特点是:对青少年和中、小学学校足球的后备人才培养高度重视，并运用各种手段和竞赛方式来促进各年龄组的后备人才的培养和发展。
