摘要:本文在研究分析和总结有关社区居民体育意识、社区居民体育消费等研究成果后，结合南京市仙林地区居民的实际情况，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计分析法，对南京市仙林地区居民健身锻炼和体育消费现状，包括居民参与健身锻炼的动机目的、运动内容、锻炼场所、锻炼频率、体育消费、影响锻炼行为的因素几方面进行调查与分析。结果显示：仙林地区体育锻炼参与者比例不高，且城镇居民参与体育锻炼的人数明显高于回迁居民。针对这一现状， 对不参加体育锻炼人群的自述原因等进行分析和探讨，为制定新一轮的全民健身计划提供参考。提出加大宣传力度、提高居民体育健身意识、完善体育场地设施建设、加快体育发展步伐等相关措施，以促进社区体育事业健康、和谐发展。

Abstract:This paper analyzes and summarizes the research on sense of community sports， community sports consumption and other research results， with residents of Nanjing， the actual situation Xianlin， the use of literature， questionnaire， statistical analysis， Nanjing City residents Xianlin Exercise and Sport Consumption of fitness， including the sense of motivation for residents to participate in sports， sports， the main sessions， exercise frequency， the factors that influence exercise behavior and analysis of several aspects of the investigation. The results showed that： the proportion of participants in physical activity Xianlin region is not high， and the town residents to participate in physical activity was significantly higher than the number of people to move back to residents. In response to this situation， people do not participate in physical exercise such as the readme analysis and discussion of the reasons for the development of a new round of nationwide fitness programs for reference. Proposed to increase publicity to raise awareness of the residents fitness， improve sports facilities construction， accelerating the pace of sports development and other related measures to promote community sports healthy and harmonious development.
