摘要：丽江市是全国纳西族人口最多的地方，随着近年来当地旅游经济的高速发展，外来文化越来越多的占据了当地人的生产和生活。为了使本地纳西族文化和传统得以继续传承和发展，必须要从儿童时期开始培养和教育。而培养儿童各方面的素质需要有健康的体魄作为发展的基础，只有儿童的身体素质得到保障，才能更好的培养儿童的智力以及各方面的发展。本研究通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，对丽江市鲁甸乡纳西族3—6岁学龄前儿童膳食营养进行调查，分析得出该地区学龄前儿童普遍存在因为缺乏营养素导致生长发育不良的情况，造成这种局面的原因主要有：鲁甸乡纳西族地区的家长缺乏膳食营养方面的知识，导致该地区学龄前儿童营养素摄入不均衡；传统的饮食习惯缺乏科学和合理的膳食搭配，导致鲁甸乡纳西族学龄前儿童营养素摄入量不足，影响本地区学龄前儿童的健康成长。

ABSTRACT：Lijiang has the most population of Naxi nationality.Recent years,with the local tourism economy fast developments,the out culture occupied the local production and life more and more.In order to make the local Naxi culture and tradition to inherit as soon.And the cultivation of children quality needs to have a healthy body as the bas for development,as the children physical quality be guaranteed,in order to better develop the intelligence of children and the developments.This research through the methods of literature :review,interview,questionnaire survey method,on the city of Lijiang,ludian rural Naxi3—6 years old preschool children nutrition survey analysis that the area of preschool children generally kept the lack of nutrients brought growth adverse circumstances,the reasons for this situation is:the traditional diet the lack of deficiency the area of main crop is simple,resulted in preschool children of nutrients needed to be fully guaranteed remote mountainous areas with lower family income makes the available funds to buy more necessities of life to supplement nutrition required by preschool children.
