摘要
师范专业学生的专业学习时期是教师在专业发展过程中的一个重要阶段,专业自我是专业发展的内驱力。但当前师范教育很少关注到师范生专业自我。本文旨在通过对一所地方新建本科院校师范专业学生专业自我状况进行调查,对现状进行认真了解、分析后,结合访谈分析师范生专业自我中存在的问题及原因所在,从师范生个人、学校、教师、教育体制这几个方面提出建议及对策。

ABSTRACT
normal students' professional learning period is an important stage in the process of teacher professional development, professional self is the inner driving force.But the current normal education little attention to the normal students' professional self.This article aims at the adoption of a newly local colleges normal students' professional self survey, understanding, analysis the situation of serious, interviews with analysis the problem and reasons of normal students professional self, puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures from the normal students, school ,teachers, educational system.
