数学学困生的再认识与转化策略研究.doc

摘要：受家庭、社会环境、遗传、教师的教学和学生自身生理心理等许多因素的影响,教学过程中难免有一部分“学困生”出现。本文通过研究学困生这一群体的家庭，学校，社会现状，深入了解学生自身心理、生理、学习方法等方面遇到的问题，分析其形成的原因，并有针对性的为学困生的转化提出策略，以适应建设和谐校园、和谐社会的要求,适应新课程“以人为本”、“为了每个学生的发展”、“让每一个学生个性获得充分发展”的要求。真正从教师角度帮助学生解决数学学习中的实际问题，同时也建立起教师与学生之间交流的平台。

Abstract:Affected by many of the family and social environment, genetic, teachers teaching and students' own physiological and psychological factors，the teaching process inevitable appears part of students with learning difficulties，studies poor students of this group of family, school, social status , in-depth understanding of the problems encountered by the student's psychological, physiological, learning methods, analysis of the reasons for the formation，and targeted for students with learning difficulties conversion strategies to adapt to the requirements of building a harmonious campus, harmonious society, to adapt to the new curriculum "people-oriented", "for the development of each student," "Let every student's personality fully developed".From the perspective of teachers to help students to solve practical problems in mathematics learning platform, but also to establish communication between teachers and students.
