摘 要:人口老龄化已成为一个全球性现象，如何提高老年人的生活质量以及如何才能达到健康老龄化等问题日益受到我国政府和社会的关注。为此，本文以蒙自市红竺社区老年公寓老年人为研究对象，并采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数据统计法、观察法等研究方法，用简明SF—36健康量表对研究对象的生活质量进行调查，并将结果与美国常模进行对比。结果表明：老年人生活质量多维度评分低于美国常模，差异据有统计学意义。因此，影响生活质量的因素是多方面的，必须针对相关的问题采取综合性的措施来提高老年人的生活质量，从而实现健康老龄化。

ABSTRACT:Population aging has become a global phenomenon, and how to improve the quality of life of older persons, as well as how to achieve healthy aging, and other issues have become an increasing concern of our government and society. In this paper, the apartments for the elderly elderly red Zhu, Mengzi City Community for research, and literature research methods, questionnaire survey, interviews, data statistics, observation, etc., with concise SF-36 Health Survey Questionnaire to investigate the quality of life of the object of study, and the results were compared with the U.S. norm. The results showed that: multi-dimensional rating of the quality of life of older persons is lower than the U.S. norm, there is a statistically significant difference, according to. Therefore, the factors affecting the quality of life are many, must address issues related to taking comprehensive measures to improve the quality of life of older persons in order to achieve healthy aging.
