摘要：“双基教学”是基础知识与基本技能的简称，主要特点是进行基础知识与基本技能的教学以及进行基本知识的记忆、基本技能的掌握等。本文就如何调动小学音乐教师在教学的同时进行教学研究？如何解决基础知识与基本技能在小学音乐教学过程中的缺失等问题进行了初步的研究与探讨，提出了“加强理论建设，转变思想认识；注重授课方式，加强教学研究；理解课标精神”等思考与建议，以期重建“双基教学”。

Abstract：“Double base” is basic knowledge and skills，which is of major importance in helping students to develop a sound educational foundation. Memory is one of the basic skills that students need to master. Including basic knowledge and skills in the primary school music education involves putting forward concepts that “strengthen the theory base, change ideas, strengthen teaching methods, encourage research, and focus on the spirit of the curriculum.”
