【Abstract】: In this paper we introduce  the definition of straight lines in different planes, the definition of the distance of two straight-lines in different planes and the definition of common perpendicular .And we introduce  a variety of methods by solving some example about distance of two straight-lines in different planes, including definition, formula method, conversion method, coordinate method, function extreme value method. The practice effect is remarkable with Mathematical methods penetrated.

　　空间两异面直线间距离的求法是空间解析几何中的重要成分，也是现今高考考查的重点之一，解析几何是高等院校数学专业的一门主要基础课，它运用代数方法研究几何图形，把数学的两个基本对象——形与数有机联系起来，对数学的发展发挥了推动作用。随着科学的发展，许多工程领域中所涉及的空间元素之间的相关位置和几何尺寸的相关问题也越来越多，熟悉空间异面直线间距离的多种求法对解决实际问题也有很大的帮助。
