[摘要]:本文从产生情绪困扰的来源上剖析原因,试图通过秘书焦虑、厌倦、自卑、愤怒、压抑等情绪表现,提出比较切实可行的解决途径和方法,即从周围环境、自我调控、管理生活等大的方面舒缓压力,这对培养秘书良好的心理品质,进行有效地自我完善,从而提高秘书工作质量和效率,提升情绪管理能力与工作能力,具有重要的现实意义。
