从有偿不闻现象透视新闻职业道德和规范.doc

摘要：本文以近几年日益突出的媒介现象“有偿不闻”为研究对象，运用文献研究法和举例说明法，从有偿不闻的现状、内涵和成因等各方面进行分析，并给出相应的解决问题策略。有偿不闻是当代新闻媒介孕育出的畸形现象，它与媒体素质、新闻职业法规漏缺等都有着千丝万缕的关系，而整治有偿不闻需要的是一个长期系统的治理工程。

关键词：有偿不闻；新闻职业道德；职业规范。

Abstract: This study is based on the increasingly prominent phenomenon in media in recent years -“failure of objective reporting with bribery”; it utilizes such methods as literature research and example illustrating to investigate the current situation, the nature and the causes of this phenomenon. This study also addresses this challenge using corresponding problem-solving strategies. “Failure of objective reporting with bribery” is the abnormal phenomenon in contemporary media environment and, it has close relationship with low media ethical standard and week journalist professional regulations. In addition, regulating this phenomenon needs a long-term and systematic governing project.

　　　新闻道德失范问题是复杂的，但又是必须要面对的。新闻对全社会全人类都有着至关重要的作用，受众生活在媒介所塑造的拟态环境中，他们对外部世界的了解，对个人决策的定夺，都越来越依赖媒介，新闻媒介必须担当起这种责任。媒介凭借由社会赋予的权利进行采访报道，但有时却忽视了自身的责任，造成新闻道德滑坡。不论是什么原因，这样的结果都是不该发生的，也是人们不愿意看到的。新闻的第一要素是真实，而记者的第一职业道德是客观公正。那些游走在合理与不合理之间，游走于舆论监督和道德边缘的新闻最终伤害的还是新闻业自身。
