摘要:作为网络舆论的一种形式，“恶搞造句”在“恶搞造词”的基础上，形式变得更加多样和灵活。同时，他的言辞也更加犀利，已经走出了单纯的娱乐，而表现为一种大众传媒的社会监督功能。
“象征能力是人类独有的能力。象征行为是指用具体事物来表达某种象征概念或思想感情的行为。”通过这种形式，受众可以表明自己的态度，个人的情感好恶等。此外，这种娱乐化的形式形成了即时扩散传播。受众通过网络可以在瞬间掌握最新的“恶搞”信息，即时了解舆论的走向，传播速度相当迅速，是一种迅速的“培养”过程。
网络舆论的出现填补了“使用与满足”的一些不足。同时引发了由一位“意见领袖”网友发表的某一观点所带来的影响可以在极短的时间内辐射到千万网民，并形成一种广泛的群体认同的一种“蝴蝶效应”。
新兴文化现象的研究，对于发挥网络传播在引导公共舆论，促进公民意识形成，整合传媒间的力量，纯洁网络舆论环境有积极意义。

Abstract:As a form of the public opinion on net, the spoof sentence-making enjoys more varied and flexible forms, on the basis of spoof word-making. Meanwhile, sentence-making becomes more incisive, whose function changes from the pure recreation to the social supervision of the mass media.
“Symbolic capacity is the exclusive capacity of human beings. Symbolic behavior refers to the behavior of expressing some idea or emotion by the concrete things.” And people can indicate their attitude, emotions and so on through spoof sentence-making. Besides, the form of entertainment spreads rapidly and immediately. People are able to master the latest spoof news and know about the trends of the public opinion on net instantly through the net. Therefore, the news spreads quite fast. It’s a rapid cultivation.
The public opinion on net makes up of the shortage of “uses and gratifications”. At the same time, the sentence-making causes the butterfly effect that some opinion leader’s view on net will influence thousands of netizens and be approved by them in a short time.
The research of the new born cultural phenomenon makes great contribution to guiding the right direction of the public opinion, creating public consciousness, integrating the power of media and purging the network environment of public opinion by spreading information on net.
