摘要:本设计主要围绕年产3000吨电铜的车间设计,选用低品位的氧化铜矿作为原料,从而确定选用湿法炼铜,湿法工艺中氧化铜矿主要采用浸出-萃取-电积获得阴极铜。依据工艺流程和设计生产要求的产量,计算出各工序物料平衡、从而确定设备尺寸,电积槽大小,合理的车间配置等。
本设计说明主要包括内容:(1)简要介绍了铜的分布、物理性质、化学性质;(2)铜冶金的冶炼方法:火法炼铜和湿法炼铜,湿法工艺中氧化铜矿主要通过浸出-萃取-电积获得阴极铜;(3)湿法炼铜的工艺选择,对浸出场地的选择,矿石粒度大小的要求,浸出剂的选择确定;(4)湿法炼铜相关计算及设备的确定,相关的辅助设备;(5)生产过程中需注意事项;(6)车间及设备配置;(7)环境保护。

ABSTRACT:This design mainly around the shop design annual production capacity of 3000 tons of electrolytic copper, the copper oxide ore of low grade as the raw material, which determine the selection of copper hydrometallurgy, the wet process of copper oxide ores mainly by leaching - Extraction - electrowinning obtain cathode copper.
