摘要:随着全国各地经济建设的迅速发展,城市高层民用建筑的快速崛起,国家对环保工作提出了更高的要求,人们对环境的要求也越来越高,因此清洁燃料被大力推广使用,这给燃气锅炉的发展提供了很好的发展机遇。“西气东输”的战略措施,也为燃气锅炉的应用提供了物质基础。
本设计是关于WNS8-1.25-Q燃气卧式蒸汽锅炉的设计。该锅炉采用的是双圆筒形结构,炉胆采用的是锥形波纹炉胆,对流受热面分为第一对流管束和第二对流管束,其中第一对流管束采用的是螺纹管,第二对流管束采用的是光管,另外尾部还设有翅片式省煤器。本设计在基本参数给定的情况下,先后对锅炉进行了燃烧计算、热平衡计算、炉胆及对流管束的热力计算、烟风阻力计算以及各受压元件的强度计算等。最终确定了各项尺寸参数,并对炉胆及锅炉本体进行了结构绘图,从而说明了本设计的锅炉是可行的。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic construction, the top of the rapid emergence of a civil structure, the state environmental protection work sets higher demands on the environment, people need more and more higher, thus promoting the use of cleaner fuel by the gas the boiler for the development of good growth opportunities. "the west was lost in the east of the strategy of" measures, the application of the boiler for the gas provide material foundation.
This article is to design WNS8-1.25-Q type gas-fired Horizontal steam boiler. The boiler is a double cylindrical structure the fumace tube is tapered corrugted fumace,convection heating surface is divided into the first convection bundle and the second convection tube,the first convection bundle used threaded pipe,the second convection tubeis used in fluorescent tubes,the other the tail also has a finned econonmizer.basic parameters of a given case, in the case of basic paramenters.the design has the bolier combustion calculations,the heat balance calculation,the thermodynamic calculation of the internal furnace and convection tube,smoke wind resistance calculation and pressure parts strength calculation.ultimately it determine the size parameters,and internal furnace and bolier structural drawings,which illustrate the design of the bolier is feasible.
