摘 要:当今,由于环境问题越来越严重,其中大气污染是环境污染中的及其突出的问题,特别是分布在城市各种取暖锅炉、生活锅炉,其烟尘排放对大气的污染相当严重。因此,要解决大气污染问题,必须有效地控制锅炉的烟尘排放总量和减少烟气中的各种有害物质的排放。
该毕业设计是一个关于DZS4-1.6-Q纵置式室燃燃气蒸汽锅炉的燃烧过程的设计,并用于确定该燃气蒸汽锅炉的整个燃烧过程的参数,其中包括烟气的含值确定、热力平衡计算、炉膛的热力计算、第一第二对流管束的热力计算、烟气阻力计算、还有强度校核、列外还有燃烧器的选取。
DZS4-1.6-Q燃气蒸汽锅炉设计的额定蒸发量为4t/h、额定压力为1.6Pa、燃料低位发热量是36533 KJ/m3 。本设计就是基于方案可靠,经济合理的前提下,尽可能的满足设计所需要的各项要求。

Abstract:Today, due to the increasingly serious environmental problems, in which air pollution is the pollution of the environment and its outstanding issues, in particular, is located in the city a variety of heating boilers, boiler of life, the soot emission of atmospheric pollution is quite serious. Therefore, to solve air pollution problems, and must effectively control the boiler dust discharge and reduce emissions of harmful substances in the flue gas.
The graduation project is a fuel gas steam boiler combustion process DZS4-1.6-Q longitudinal room design, and is used to determine the entire combustion process parameters of the gas steam boilers, including flue gas containing the values to determine the thermodynamic equilibrium calculationsfurnace thermal calculation, the first thermodynamic calculation of the second convection tube, flue gas resistance calculation, strength check, columns outside the burner selection.
DZS4-1.6-Q-gas steam boiler design rated evaporation 4t/h, the rated pressure 1.6Pa fuel calorific value is 36533 KJ/m3. This design is based on the program, reliable, economical and reasonable under the premise, as far as possible to meet the design requirements.
