摘 要:本文介绍了烟气脱硫脱硝吸收剂的制备方法和研究,并主要以这两个方面进行了详细的讲述。单一脱硫脱硝技术:在这一节中简单的讲述了干湿法脱硫技术、选择性催化还原法脱氮技术与选择性非催化还原法脱氮技术,详细讲述了它们的吸收剂的制备方法、性能的相关计算、试验、吸收剂的效果分析;活性焦脱硫脱硝技术:在这一节中主要讲述了脱硫脱硝活性焦的制备方法与研制,并对其脱硫脱氮技术进行了简述,还有一些相关的性能计算,吸收剂的效果分析。
在单一的脱硫脱硝技术中,以钙基脱硫为例,利用飞灰和Ca(OH)2经水合反应制取钙基吸收剂,并通过实验分析,得出影响水合吸收剂比表面积大小的因素按影响程度大小依次是:水合时间,水固比,飞灰/Ca(OH)2比,飞灰来源,他们都有一个最佳值。其中水合时间影响最大。然后对吸收剂样品进行脱硫实验,检验样品的Ca(OH)2利用率和反应速率。结果得出:经过飞灰和Ca(OH)2水合反应的吸收剂比表面积对吸收剂性能有很大的影响。比表面积越大,吸收速率越高,同时Ca(OH)2的利用率也得到很大的提高。
脱氮技术分别利用3中脱氮剂对其进行相应的脱氮试验。其中尿素制氨有2种可行方法:1、水解法;2、热解法。
在活性焦脱硫脱硝技术中,以褐煤为主要原料制备的活性焦,具有成本低、机械强度高、能同时脱硫脱氮、在燃煤烟气温度下能达到较高的脱硫脱氮效率等特点。活性焦能够再生、重复使用,因而可降低燃煤烟气的处理成本。活性焦的制备主要受一下几个因素所影响:1、干馏气体介质;2、干馏温度;3、活化气体介质;4、活化温度;5、活化时间。
