摘要:采用毛细管气相色谱法,快速准确地测定了6种日化产品中二甘醇含量的方法。试样用甲醇超声提取20 min,离心,以DB-FFAP(15m ×0. 25 mm× 0. 5μm)色谱柱作分离分析,采用FID检测器直接进行测定。二甘醇的线性范围为0.05~5.00mg/mL,线性相关系数0.9996,检出限为0.005mg/mL。该方法简便、快速,灵敏度、准确度高,检出限低,线性范围宽,可用于日化产品中二甘醇含量的质量控制。

Abstract: Amount of diethylene glycol in six kinds of daily chemical products was determined fastly and accurately by capillary gas chromatography. The sample was extracted ultrasonically with methanol for 20 min, and after being centrifugated, the DB-FFAP(15m ×
0. 25 mm× 0. 5μm)capillary column was employed for separation with a FID as detector. The linear range of diethylene glycol was 0.05~5.00 mg/mL with a correlation coeficient 0.9996 and the detection limit is 0.005mg/mL. The experiment results indicated this method is smiple, rapid and sensitive. It has high accuracy, low detection limit and wide linear range. It can be used for quality control of diethylene glycol in daily chemical products.
