摘要:本论文研究的是全面质量管理在蓝天热水器有限公司实践的案例分析。随着我国经济的飞速发展，国内的企业不断受到国外强国的成熟企业冲击，面临着这一巨大的压力与挑战，越来越多的企业开始对质量管理重视起来，将全面质量管理应用于企业之中不仅关系到企业未来的发展前途，而且很大程度上影响的企业的生存力和竞争能力。只有不断完善企业的质量管理，为顾客提供高质量的产品，才能得到顾客的信任，从而建立公信力，为企业赢得市场空间。本文通过对蓝天热水器的深入研究，通过数据统计以及直接调研的形式进行了研究，希望能对国内的企业在质量建设方面起到一定的帮助。

ABSTRACT:This article is focus on a typical case study about the total quality management of the Lantian Water Heater Co., Ltd. With the rapid development of economy in our country, domestic enterprises have been stroke down by the mature foreign firms, so more and more enterprises began to pay attention to the quality management. The application of total quality management is not only of vital importance to the enterprise's development, but also largely affect the survival and competitiveness. The enterprise could get the trust of the customer only by constantly improving the quality management system and providing customers with high quality products, thereby establishing credibility and for enterprises to win market space. Based on the case study of the Lantian Water Heater Co., Ltd, this article analyzed through data statistics and direct research. I hope this article can make good effect on quality construction of domestic enterprises.

随着国民生活水平的不断提高，对于产品质量的需求不断提高，消费者越来越希望能够获得高质量的服务与产品，这就需要企业改善传统的管理模式，将全面质量管理作为企业管理的核心内容。

　　　产品质量的提高，不仅使得顾客满意度不断提高，增强了消费者对于该企业的信赖，很有效的提高了企业的生命力与核心竞争能力，为企业带来了更大的市场份额。全面质量管理是未来企业所必须走的道路，企业通过全面质量管理的实行，使得公司整体员工质量意识得到提高，宏观上讲，可以使得全社会的质量建设得到进步，为一个国家一个民族的兴旺做出贡献。
