摘要:科技的进步和经济的发展使得传统的质量成本管理方法不能够满足企业的发展需求,在不断摸索与实践的过程中,人们创新建立了六西格玛质量管理方法,而六西格玛管理方法的出现也为企业的质量成本管理提供了新的思路。
本文采用是理论叙述与案例分析相结合的方法。在理论部分,首先结合正太分布图,说明六西格玛质量管理方法与正太分布的关系,并通过1.5个西格玛的漂移量说明六西格玛质量管理方法中3.4ppm的由来;其次,将六西格玛方法与传统的质量成本管理方法进行对比分析,阐述六西格玛质量成本管理方法的优势;最后,将六西格玛质量管理方法的实施前提条件以及DMAIC过程进行简单的介绍。在案例部分,本文的采用的是对制造型企业A进行六西格玛方法应用分析,首先通过相关数据,对A企业所存在的问题进行总计的阐述;其次,是对A企业存在的问题进行具体分析,主要是通过六西格玛的DMAIC过程对造成企业现在问题的原因进行分析,并提出改进方案;最后,对A企业实施该法案所能达到的效果进行分析。
本文的对A公司其他部门以及其他公司实施六西格玛方法具有很好的借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT:With the development of technology and social economic, the traditional methods of quality cost management are not able to meet the development of enterprises. In the constant process of exploration and practice, the Six Sigma method of quality cost management which provides enterprises new ideals about quality cost management has been established.
Theory elaborating and case analysis will be used in this paper. In the theoretical part, firstly, it is going to explain the relationship between Six Sigma quality cost management and normally distributed and the origin of the 3.4ppm of quality cost management of Six Sigma with the Normal Distributed chart and the drift description of 1.5 sigma; secondly, it is going to describe the advantages of the Six Sigma quality cost management through the contrast of the Six Sigma methods of quality cost management and traditional methods of quality cost management; finally , it is going to have a brief introduction of the prerequisites and DMAIC process of Six Sigma. In the case part, the article uses the application of Six Sigma in the manufacture enterprise A as a case. First, it elaborates the problem of A with data analysis. Then it provides A causes analysis and improvement program mainly through the DMAIC process of Six Sigma. At last, it will give A a detailed assess about the potential effect about the program.
The paper will give other companies a good reference to implement the Six Sigma methodology.

第1章是绪论部分,主要简要的阐述了本文研究的背景以及国内外相关应用现状。
第2章是介绍六西格玛的相关理论方法,通过对六西格玛方法与正态分布的联系以及六西格玛的相关定义特点进行简单的叙述,让读者对六西格玛这个概念有一定的了解并且也为本文后续研究打下相应的基础。
第3章通过对A企业的产品生产过程中的机器设备出错概率进行统计分析,并通过六西格玛DMAIC方法进行问题的分析与改进。
第4章对本文前面阐述的理论与案例分析进行总结,并对六西格玛进行展望。
