摘要:近年来,随着工程建设规模的不断扩大,工程质量检测需求也逐步增加,如何提高对工程检测的监督管理,规范和提高企业质量管理的有效性势在必行。工程建设作为现代化建设的基础建设,其重要性不言而喻,如何在保证工程建设安全性的同时提高企业质量管理的有效性,更好的满足相关方的需求,降低质量管理成本,是我们本次研究的主要思路。
首先要了解什么是企业质量管理,企业质量管理有效性的意义是什么,用什么样的指标来评价,再根据建设类企业对人们安全的重要性,来整改和完善企业质量管理体系和评价指标。使用模糊综合评价法建立评价体系,以S公司为例,用模糊综合评价法对S公司进行分析,找出企业存在问题,提出改善策略。
本文将对国内建筑类企业质量管理现状进行分析,依据对我国现存评价体系的了解,分析找出体系存在的缺陷,结合西方成功案例,研究适合我国国情的企业质量管理有效性评价指标及改善策略。

ABSTRACT:In recent years, with the continuous expansion of construction scale, the demand of engineering quality inspection is also gradually increased, how to improve the supervision and management of the engineering test, standardize and improve the effectiveness of enterprise quality management be imperative. Engineering construction as a basis for the construction of modernization, its importance is self-evident, how to ensure the construction safety and improve the effectiveness of enterprise quality management, meet the relevant demand for better quality, lower management cost, is our main idea of the study.
We must first understand what is the enterprise quality management, what is the effectiveness of enterprise quality management, with what kind of index to evaluate, according to the importance of the construction of enterprise safety to people, to the rectification and improvement of enterprise quality management system and evaluation index. The use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation system, taking S company as an example, the S company were analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, find out the problems existing in enterprise, puts forward improvement strategies.
This paper analyses the current situation of quality management of domestic construction enterprises, on the basis of the existing evaluation system of our understanding, analysis to find out the defects of system exists, unifies the western successful case, enterprise quality management system effectiveness evaluation and improvement strategy study suitable for China's national conditions.

就建设类企业来说,影响工程质量的根本原因是企业内部制度审核部够完善,质量管理体系存在缺馅,企业若要长远发展必须走可持续发展道路,在实践中不断完善企业质量管理体系,施工企业要真正将质量精神贯彻到实处,就要根据本行业的特点进行持续改进,只有切实考虑顾客的需要,合理调配资源,培训全体员工的质量意识,自觉地置身于质量管理的活动中,才能巩固认证成果,完善质量管理体系,提高运行的有效性。
工程建设类企业质量管理有着不同于其他行业的特点,所以,建立适合自身的质量管理体系是很重要的。用模糊综合分析法来分析企业质量管理有效性是很有效的,根据评价解雇,从质量文化建设、人力资源整合、绩效考核制度的建立、持续改进以及建立沟通反馈机制等方面提高质量管理体系的有效性。并从质量指标的改善、质量成本的降低、人员素质的提高以及顾客满意度的提高印证了以上建议的良好效果。进而提出了针对整个工程建设类行业提高质量管理体系有效性的方法。
