摘要:进入21世纪,企业和员工越来越重视培训工作,培训在企业中的地位也从企业的边缘走向企业的中心。众多的企业认识到培训作为人力资源开发的重要手段,是企业荣辱兴衰的关键,培训经费的指出比例也在逐年增长。作为以技能为主的酒店行业培训更不能缺少,酒店培训不仅可以提高工作效率,增加客人的满意度,还可以减少员工的流动性。酒店培训从内容和方法上都要有合理的安排,不能只是考虑到酒店自身的利益。培训工作上要注重灵活性,发挥培训最大的作用。

Abstract:In 21st Century, enterprise and employees pay more and more attention in training, training in enterprise's status from the edge to the center of the business enterprise. Many enterprises have realized that training as an important means of developing human resources of enterprises. It is the key of the enterprise’s developing. As focused on skills training play more important in hotel industry. Hotel training can not only improve work efficiency and increase the customer satisfaction, but also can reduce the staff mobility. Hotel training from the content and the method are reasonable arrangement, hotel not only for their own interests to set up some training, from the staff perspective, consider the employee's actual condition, after all the giving and receiving to employees, active absorption, even if their initiative were denied, then the hotel training is waste of resources.

培训工作虽然是酒店开展的一项工作,但是对于员工来说是个人的一个增值,不仅可以让自己在工作中能够更加方便和快捷,还可以在工作中保护自己。通过培训员工可以增强自信,在工作中表现得更加出色。员工可以通过培训提高自己的工作技能,同时还可以提高自身的综合素质。通过培训了解更多的产品知识,增强对酒店的了解,从而制定自身的职业规划。员工还可以通过培训结识更多不同部门的人,增广自身的人脉。
培训工作是员工和酒店的一个双赢工作,做好培训工作能够使酒店发展的更好,员工的未来之路走得更远。
