摘要： 本文主要采用文献研究和个案研究的方法，通过对时下炙手可热的TVB刑侦电视剧研究——以《法证先锋》为例。阐述TVB刑侦剧的独特性，尤其是它的故事情节的设计、布局、人物角色的设置、人物性格的刻画；以及透过观众的视角见证刑侦元素在TVB电视剧剧情中的影响力度。意义在于电视剧在某种程度上具有一定的同心力、同理心；与受众紧密结合，达成共识甚至产生共鸣。如此而言，电视剧在市场竞争中立于不败之地，最具社会影响力。

Abstract：This paper mainly adopts literature research and case study method, through the current of the hottest TVB drama research--in a criminal investigation of the Forensic Heroes for example. TVB drama this criminal investigation of uniqueness, especially that of the story's design, layout, the characters of the setting, the depict of character; Through the perspective of the audience and witness criminal investigation in the TVB drama of the plot elements influence strength. Significance lies in the TV series in some extent has some of the same mental effort, empathy; Combining with the audience, or even reach consensus resonance. So concerned, TV series in the market competition, the most social influence.
