Abstract
On the basis of Simpson Murder Case and Deng Yujiao Case, this paper analyzes the differences of system culture between Chinese and the United States from the aspects of concept, system and religion. China understands justice from morality. America understands justice from law. China is based on obligation. The United States is based on rights. The non-independence of China's judicial trial makes Chinese people not trust the law totally. The independent judicial system of the United States is the root of American people's trust and respect for the law. Our country should draw lessons in the light of the system culture from the United States and other western developed countries. At the same time, we should construct the system culture with Chinese characteristics according to the national conditions. I also hope that through the comparison between China and the United States in the institutional culture to promote the research of Chinese and Western culture.
