Abstract
Zombie and vampire are the images of humans’ suspect. There are many historic and literal books about them. Zombie is a kind of imagination and fiction after the death of people, while vampire is a kind of imagination and fiction of the eternal life after death. This dissertation introduces the development of the vampire culture and the zombie culture, then analyzes the similarities and differences between the two cultures, and at last explores the geographic and social causes of the cultural differences.
